Management of Ferry Point Marina has complete and sole discretion where each vessel is to be stored based off of our policies, the time the vessel is being blocked and attempted planning for spring.

All clients are responsible for the security and care of their vessel. Ferry Point Marina is NOT responsible for any loss or damage as a result of theft acts of mother nature or other person(s) or equipment not employed or owned by FPM.

We politely ask that all “do it yourself” clients communicate with each other and the office in attempts to limit any additional re-block charges or storage fees

PREMIUM STORAGE
North bulkhead, South bulkhead & North lot winter land storage is reserved exclusively for "premium" storage clients only.
Any vessels remaining in premium storage after May 1st may be subject to additional charges and a fee for moving the vessel to standard storage

STANDARD STORAGE
In the event that your vessel is on land after April 30th and has to be moved to access another vessel your account will be billed and responsible for a re-block fee in addition to any applicable additional storage. In the event that you would like to be launched/loaded prior to May 1st and any vessels must be moved for your access, your account will be billed and responsible for a re-block fee for any/all vessels moved.

INDOOR STORAGE
Approx. Nov 2025 – April 2026
Only FPM personnel will be permitted to move vessels in and out
No client access while vessels are in storage
No guaranteed launch or dates of vessels removed from storage, as boats are stacked and blocked in
Must have singed lease agreement and insurance certificate on file

NO heaters on any vessel, at any time
FPM highly recommends all vessels receive a professional spring commissioning.
Depending on application hoses and plugs may be disconnected to ensure proper protection.

NOTES: As a general rule of thumb…
The earlier a vessel is hauled in Fall, the later it will be launched in Spring.
The later a vessel is hauled in Fall, the earlier it will be launched in Spring.
